Walk for Water Victoria Beach & District 2023
Join together with other lake-lovers in a show of community support for a healthy Lake Winnipeg!
LWF’s signature family-friendly event raises funds for evidence-based advocacy to reduce phosphorus loading and protect the lake. Get involved and be part of the solution!
Date: Sunday, August 13
Location: Victoria Beach, Arthur Vincent Memorial Stage (on the Village Green)
Check-in: 9:30 a.m., walk begins at 10:00 a.m.
Distance: 2.5 km
Donate online: Visit the Walk for Water 2023 online campaign page to make a secure donation.
Participate in person:
- Collect donations for your walk from your friends, family and neighbours. Walk for Water 2023 pledge forms can be found at various Victoria Beach locations – or print your own copy at home using our home printer-friendly form!
- Bring your completed pledge form and all monies raised to the walk on Aug. 13. You can also donate in person as part of check-in.
