This full-time term position will support the planning and delivery of in-person and online outreach and fundraising events, and will also be involved in the implementation of new digital asset management software.

Our signature fundraiser returns! For years, Walk for Water has been an opportunity for friends and families to be part of the solution for Lake Winnipeg – and a fun way to spend a day at the lake! LWF is following all public health regulations to optimize the safety of all participants and will adapt planned activities as needed. New for 2021, our VB event will start outside at the Village Green Stage.

The arrival of COVID-19 in Manitoba has caused many changes to our daily lives. We want to ensure all potential applicants have the time they need to shift plans, make decisions, and prioritize actions that will help protect their health and the health of those around them.

Walk for Water is the largest grassroots fundraising event in support of a healthy Lake Winnipeg – and participating is easy: Use our Walk for Water pledge form to collect donations from friends, family, co-workers and teammates.
