Our AGM offers the opportunity to renew your membership for 2015/16, connect with other lake-lovers and learn more about LWF's ongoing work.

  • Membership votes on our audited 2014 financial statements and a special resolution, plus the election of new directors

At LWF, the success of our work is dependent on the support of lake-lovers who share our vision of a clean, healthy Lake Winnipeg now and for future generations. We are committed to improving our communication with current members and growing our capacity as an organization.

The purpose of this special meeting is to ratify approval of motions made by the Board of Directors, in compliance with the Canada Not-for-profit Corporations Act, as required by Corporations Canada.

In order to be in compliance with the act and maintain our charitable status, we need the support of two-thirds of members in attendance at this meeting. New members are welcome; donations of $50 or more can be made at the door...
