Join us on Sunday, August 9, for Walk for Water 2015 in Gimli!
Walk for Water is the largest grassroots fundraising event in support of a healthy Lake Winnipeg. Taking place in several lakeside communities, it's a great way to be a part of the solution — and a fun way to spend a day at the lake!
Location: Lake Winnipeg Visitor Centre, Gimli Harbour
Registration: 9:15 a.m.; Walk begins at 10:00 a.m.

Update: We've got some amazing prizes lined up for this year's event! The participant who raises the highest amount will win a two-night stay at Lakeview Resort and Conference Centre, while the person who raises the second-highest amount will win a six-person canoe ride down the Red River (courtesy of Winnipeg Canoe Rental)! We're also giving a prize to the person who collects the most pledges: a one-year family membership to FortWhyte Alive! Plus, we'll have some fabulous door prizes to give away, too!
