We’ll be speaking about Lake Winnipeg while surrounded by Winnipeg Beach artist Gayle Halliwell’s painting, part of Facing Impedimenta, a new show featuring work by Halliwell and Rosemary Miguez.

Learn about the threats to Lake Winnipeg’s health, the solutions to these challenges and what you can do - all while surrounded by art inspired by “the beauty and the tragedy” that is our great lake. Make sure to leave time to chat with the artist and explore the exhibition!
