In order to comply with public health recommendations during the COVID-19 pandemic, we are hosting our AGM as a live, virtual event.

LWF’s 2019 annual report, which includes audited financial statements, is available for your review.

This year, voting on AGM business will take place online between May 11 and May 31. Members in good standing are asked to vote on the following motions:
- Be it resolved that the minutes of the Lake Winnipeg Foundation Annual General Meeting, held April 30, 2019, be approved as presented.
- Be it resolved that the 2019 financial statements provided by Talbot & Associates be approved by the members of the Lake Winnipeg Foundation.
- Be it resolved that the firm of Talbot & Associates be appointed as auditors for the 2020 fiscal year by the members of the Lake Winnipeg Foundation.
- Be it resolved that Ramona Bird, Becky Cook, Jonathan Paterson, Kathryn Dompierre, Florence Eastwood, Jodi Goerzen, Amanda Karst and Bruce Maclean be elected to the board of directors of the Lake Winnipeg Foundation*.
