The Lake Winnipeg Foundation is excited to announce our sponsorship of the award-winning documentary film Watermark at this summer’s Gimli Film Festival.

The film is a diverse collection of images and stories from around the world that examine the deep relationships that humans have with water. The stories span from floating farms off China’s Fujian coast to the Colorado River’s desert delta to the Stikine River watershed in northern British Columbia.

Join us at the Gimli Film Festival this summer for our screening of the award-winnipeg documentary film Watermark! The first screening is at 8:00 p.m. at the Lady of the Lake theatre and the second is at 9:15 at The Aspire!

This summer, Hard Core Surf & Paddleboard will be hosting the their second annual Sup Cup! The first event, the Coney Island Challenge, will be held on the Canada Day weekend. Their second event, the Grand Beach Cup will be held August 9. All proceeds raised from the two races will go towards the Lake Winnipeg Foundation and the Kenora Association for Community Living.
